Douglas brings over 15 years of financial operations experience to Harbor Row Accounting. His background spans accounting management, controller responsibilities, and vice president of accounting leadership, with work across multi-entity businesses, healthcare practices, property and development operations, and growing companies.
As Vice President of Accounting at Asset Management & Consulting Services from 2022 to 2026, he led accounting for a 47-entity portfolio. His responsibilities included financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and coordination of annual audits and regulatory reporting.
That experience shapes Harbor Row’s approach: organize the underlying records, establish a dependable close process, and communicate financial information clearly so business owners can make informed decisions.

Douglas has standardized month-end workflows, prepared consolidated and practice-level financial reports, and restored accounting records across multiple healthcare practices. This background supports organized reconciliations and useful financial reporting.
His controller and accounting leadership roles have included treasury, cash management, budgeting, and internal controls. He has implemented AvidXchange and Positive Pay to support payment workflows and controls.
His experience includes ERP implementation, a Paylocity rollout, and Power BI reporting dashboards. Harbor Row approaches accounting systems with an emphasis on clear responsibilities and repeatable processes.
