Information you share
When you send an inquiry, we receive the contact and business information you provide. Please do not submit passwords, account numbers, tax IDs, or financial documents through the website form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your accounting needs, manage follow-up, and arrange an engagement if you choose to work with us.
Service providers
Our inquiry form is provided by HubSpot and submitted information is handled in HubSpot CRM. If you become a client, payment arrangements may use Stripe. These providers process information under their own privacy notices. Website hosting and embedded services may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information and may use cookies.
Website analytics
We use HubSpot tracking and Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, site interactions, and successful inquiry submissions. These services may use cookies and process technical information such as device and browser details. Inquiry names, email addresses, messages, and financial information are not included in our Google Analytics inquiry events. You can limit tracking through your browser privacy settings or blocking tools.
Client records
Secure document exchange and access to accounting systems are arranged separately after engagement. Access, retention, and handling of client records are addressed in the engagement and applicable requirements.
Your questions and requests
Contact hello@harborrowaccounting.com to ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of promotional follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for an active engagement or applicable requirements.
